Having never done an auction before I could not recommend them more highly in making the transition smooth, information fast and easy to get hold off and any recommendations such as valuers and lawyers for settlement of the highest quality. Sadly I was unable to be at the auction due to prior commitments and only hubby was able to make it to bidding, but we were successful and can not wait to move into our new home ❤️

Jess and her husband Joey were easy to work with and we were able to secure a great unit for our son and grandson, which perfectly meets their needs in a really cool part of the Mooloolaba canal area. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the last 20 years and Jess was the absolute best agent I have ever dealt with . From the start to the finish she was so approachable and really worked hard to obtain a solid contract on my property . My property was only on the market about a month before she presented me with a contract in the range of my expectation. There was a few negotiations back and forth and I was really comfortable with the final agreed price. The buyer had offered to purchase an item of my furniture and Jess even fasilitated those negotiations. I think that Jess's best quality is her approachability which is not only an advantage from a sellers perspective but It is a quality that is needed to get the buyer on the hook and keep them there.
