Although I never met Jess in person due to limited mobility at this time the dealings over the phone and via email were easy and Jess was kind and professional. Jess actually showed my daughter through the property that we purchased and my daughter said Jess Carried herself in a professional manner and was helpful and kind. We had a private inspection, however Jess invited another potential buyer to our appointment and we would’ve preferred this to be done privately.
