Jess was very professional, very understanding and compassionate and performed well above her job description. As we were not living in Temora it was no problem for her to place a sprinkler on the lawn or water the garden and re-direct the mail.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jess. She is easy to communicate with, and shares her knowledge regarding a proposed sale, so making it easier for both the Vendor and prospective Purchasers. We were kept up to date at all times regarding comments from people viewing the property and after the sale was finalised Jess dropped off leaflets to surrounding homes introducing neighbours to the people who had bought the property. It's the little things that often make a big impression and Jess knows how to add that special touch. We, as the Vendors, also received an arrangement of flowers as a "thank You" on behalf of Jess and QPL Rural Temora, for allowing them to sell our home. Jess has a big future in front of her and from our experiences with her, she will "go a long way" in her chosen career.

I found Jess to be very helpful, answered every question I asked straight away, her knowledge was great. The best thing I could say about Jess was, that she made me feel like I was her only client she had at the time, she always answered my calls and called me often with up dates.
