Amazing from start to finish!

I interviewed several local excellent real estate agents and Jesse really stood out from the crowd. Jesse came fully prepared to the appraisal with lots of information and guidance on how to present my property and a detailed marketing strategy. We discussed decor, landscaping, pool compliance down to the very minute detail, I never felt rushed or any pressure. I was impressed by Jesse's local knowledge and his warm personality and excellent communication skills it's hard not to like the guy! Not an experience I've always had with other agents. We agreed a realistic timeframe to prepare the property and every step of the way he went above and beyond to ensure the photographs and descriptions truly reflected my lovely home and to ensure a realistic price was obtained in the sale. Being a pre Christmas listing, I didn't have much expectation until mid January, however, after 2 open homes he secured above the price I was expecting as we cooled off just in time to relax for Christmas. Jesse is the agent you would be happy to buy a home from but as a seller he's the agent you need!! He's direct, he answer's all queries promptly and kept me informed 7 days a week. I first noticed Jesse living in Arcadian Hills - seeing his signs pop up and very quickly the Under Contract and Sold stickers were added so he had been on my radar for a couple of years in case I ever thought of selling. The communication from the whole agency has been excellent, they work hard to get the excellent results! Very very impressed and I highly recommend Jesse and the team.
