While we initially thought positively about our real estate agent, there have been a few major issues related to the sale of our house that have only come to light since completion date and moving in. We only found out after moving in that Jesse was actually selling this house for one of his colleagues, so I'm not sure he was totally honest with us, as I'm certain there was a conflict of interest. For one, he never did get back to us about any of the questions we asked him to check, which are now costing money to fix. Additionally, he promised us the house would be cleaned to a reasonable standard prior to us moving in, but they delayed their cleaning until after final inspection. When we got the keys on completion date, we had to hire a professional cleaner who stated that the condition of the house was, quote "disgusting".

Jesse was not only professional but had great interpersonal skills that made finding our home and our experience very comfortable and accessible.

Honestly it's a bit of a crime to only give Jesse 5/5 for his work on selling our house. Jesse continually went beyond and above to help us out and make sure we were looked after and understood what was happening.
