Jesse was very knowledgeable about the apartment market in Preston. Given my need for a quick sale he advised me to go for a set date sale and also to dress my apartment for sale. His knowledge of other apartments being dressed and sold in the building helped me get a good deal and the apartment looked great in the advertising. Within about 2 weeks there had been more than 20 groups through the apartment and 3 realistic offers had been made, though at the bottom end of my acceptable range. However Jesse felt the purchasers all might go further and when we closed the bidding the purchasers increased their offers and eventually an offer at the top of the range was accepted. A great result. Jesse marketed the property well and read the prospective purchasers’ intentions very successfully.
