Throughout the experience Jesse’s kind, gentle and patient manner made it feel as though we were on this journey with a friend, we felt truly comfortable to explore any thoughts and questions we had. Jesse was readily available for any and all the many questions we had, and those she could not answer herself she quickly sought out the answers for us. Her flexibility to work in with our commitments made things so much less stressful and she showed genuine interest and care for us throughout the process. Wonderful experience, if we didn’t love our house so much we would use Jesse again in a heartbeat, for now we will continue to recommend her to our friends and family.
