Jesse made himself available and organised viewing our new home, even after hours. He was relaxed and allowed time for discussion and did not rush away. During negotiations he was open and honest and helped us to be successful amidst multiple offers.

Jesse and team had been managing our property for about two hours before we decided to sell. Jesse and the team listed our property and had it sold in about seven days. Their marketing strategy really worked for us. With Jesse managing the sales process this was the smoothest and fastest property sale we have been involved in.

He truly listened, took notes, very respectfully made suggestions, asked questions, cracked jokes :) all of which made us feel that he was interested in us and our needs. We first encountered the two Cowboys- Jesse James & Jesse Van Nek about 12 months ago at an open home on our journey to purchase the perfect home for us. They made quite an impression on us at that time and coupled with their fun & unique style of selling videos on realestate.com they earned our respect and trust as potential purchasers. We inspected many homes in the Redland Bay & Victoria Point area overtime and always really enjoyed our inspections when the Jesse Team where attending especially after watching one of their videos on line. We eventually found the right home for us and we were stoked when our offer was accepted. We always said when we buy our next home we hope its with the Jesse Boys, and it was. Even though they are Agents for their sellers we couldn't believe the consideration and courtesy we were shown by the boys. It was a difficult purchase as investors were selling their investment which was tenanted- The boys seem to have eveyones' interest at heart, carefully negotiating three parties to a great outcome for all. He even had the courtesy to ring me back at 8.30pm at night as I had left a message 5 mins earlier as I had a concern which was quickly resolved.
