We recently went to an Open House which was advertised by Ray White, Redland Bay and met Jessie Van Nek who was the selling agent. After expressing some interest in the property Jessie offered to come to our home and sit down and talk about all of the details that we could consider, such as making an offer, creating a conditional offer and then beginning to examine the market value of our house and the procedures used in marketing and promotion. Jessie was totally professional, and it was clear he understood the market and the approaches that were necessary to sell houses. The whole team of Ray White Real Estate were on the job once we decided to proceed with making an offer and selling our house. Photos and marketing material was organised and an Open House was arranged. Jesse James was the agent on the day with more than 20 potential buyers arriving. Jesse followed up on every visitor and soon had a number of potential offers on the house with one of the offers being converted into a conditional contract and eventual sale of the property. The two Jesse at Ray White are committed professionals and kept us informed during this whole process. We were delighted with the outcome and delighted with a couple of cowboys who were fun to deal with and kept their focus on selling the house.

Posso aqui falar a tarde toda sobre nossa experiência, pra começar Jesse Van foi o cara que por algumas vendas de casa na nossa área teve bons resultados, então meu já sabia e o que esperar desses figuras que sempre manteve comunicação até mesmo depois dos horários comerciais para não deixar nenhuma dúvida. Achei bem caro o custo da comissão certo? Que nada, se eu pudesse pagar mais, pagaria bem mais… (brincadeira) quando eu vi o corre do JJ e JV caçando um oportunidade para que minha casa teria sucesso para venda. E ainda tem, estávamos tão pistola com o outro corretos vendendo nossa casa que quando os meninos comunicava algo que o outro corretor não fazia, achava e começamos a comparar tudo e aí, valeu a pena ( fora que os meninos vão fazer você dar risada de graça) Muito obrigado e definitivamente eu recomendaria esses companheiro sertanejo para vender sua casa.
