I have bought and sold 20+ properties and would have to say the experience with Jesse is likely the best of all of them. Firstly got us a higher price than all others even estimated. If thats not the only thing that matter then also this-- Honest, straight shooter, knows the local market, has buyers ready and then goes so many extra miles to assist in the sale process. We were interstate and had little ability to execute renovations, general clean up and admin and Jesse basically did it all for us. If you are selling in his area there is no consideration required. Jesse will get the job done.
