When I first started looking for houses in Charleville, Jesse took a good couple of hours out of his day to show me through the houses that fit my basic criteria. Once I finally had an offer accepted, Jesse efficiently got the contract organised for both parties (love that it's online, much easier than having to find a printer). Once the house began to reveal it's true self through the usual inspections and checks. Jesse made time, at short notice to allow me to walk through the house again and check some of the new found information for myself. He also made sure there was a key available to get the power reconnected (long story). I found Jesse to be honest, in showing the house as is, but not in a negative way.
