With the impending arrival of our second baby, during a very difficult time in world events, Jesse was the breath of fresh air we needed. He worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for us and was able to do so in a very speedy manner, which was of great relief to us, particularly after bubs decided to arrive early! We had been on the hunt prior to Christmas and decided to wait till after the new year. After visiting a prior inspection Jessie kept us in his data base which led to the purchase of our first home matching our requirements perfectly. This was for a pre market inspection Jessie was excellent in enabling us to secure our home and was able to act quickly. Follow up was excellent with all expectations and requests dealt with in a timely manner. Jessie’s urgency on some matters seemed a little pushy but also positive for fast settlement and to assist in other parties involved in the process. The only suggestion would be to allow possible buyers a little time to their own thoughts and time to soak in and get a feel for the property without discussing elements. This is not a criticism it speaks to the passion and enthusiastic approach Jessie has for the interest of all involved. Jessie was friendly with all members of our family and made the task of buying our first property a great experience and we greatly thank you and would recommend.
