I chose to go with Jesse to sell our property as my first impression was that he was honest and committed. His estimate on the likely sale price was conservative but agreed to increase by another $15,000. On viewing the property he suggested a few things that could be done to increase value. Nothing was ever a problem for Jesse and he would always respond in a timely manner. The property sold in the mid range of what we finally agreed to but was still within the top of the original range. I called his mobile one time and he was home sick. He still took my call, made the enquiries and replied with an answer all why home sick. If that is not dedication I do not know what is. Of the other agents I considered more than one of them said if you are not going with me I am glad you chose Jesse. I could not be more happy with the service, communication and quick sale of our property. Would highly recommend.
