We recently sold our house through local expertz and our agent was Jessie Singh. We entered on a 30 day agreement but due Christmas break and Covid reasons, it took longer than we expected. Jessie never failed to update us with the weekly status and his plans to complete the sale. He is absolutely professional, honest and reliable. I will definitely recommend him and reach him out for future projects.
Jesse was wonderful dealing with the sale of my home, he kept me updated and understood my requirements. Jesse understands the market but most importantly understands the people he deals with. Always professional without the push that can be encountered in the industry. The trust and relationship along with the respect Jesse has shown throughout this process has been second to none. Thabk you Jesse for being above all a great person

My partner and I inspected this property in the last minute, right before the auction. Jesse and his team greeted us with enthusiasm and professionalism. We felt that not only the house was right, but the sales team handling the transaction were trustworthy. So we went full steam ahead and made the purchase. After auction support was also impeccable, and communication was always a breeze.
