He was knowledgeable with the current and history of the property market in the local area and was attentive and proactive in keeping me up to date on the negotiation process, always getting back to us on any questions or concerns. He listened to our needs and only recommended the right properties for us. Because of his persistence, changing agent is the best decision we have done. Believe it or not, during the uncertainty due to Covid19 he still secure us an excellent result within 2 months (Feb-March) without even advertising it, just on a soft market, after taking over from our previous agent Ray white Melton for 3 months (Oct 2019- Jan 2020) no offers. Jesse did promise us a deal and he did very well. We haven't meet him in person because we moved in Queensland already but Jesse kept us updated with our Melton home, excellent communication, answers all our questions right away even at night or public holiday.
