I have no problems recommending Jesse if you are looking to buy or sell in Noosa. Whenever I spoke to him, he gave me a thorough update on the market conditions, recent interest in the property itself and similar ones for sale in the area. Since I was selling land, he also obtained some photos of what it would look like with a house on it and put them online. Great idea! I have no doubt the photos helped the sale. Overall it was a great selling experience with Jesse and he got the job done.

Selling can be difficult especially with tenants in place and living in another state. But Jesse advised me the best course of action and with agreeable tenants the whole process was seamless.
