We met Ms.Jessica Beckham at an evening house exhibition. We liked the property and gave an offer immediately. Despite it was a late night, she followed us up a couple of times and the owner of the house. We made an official offer on the following morning at 8:30 and it was immediately accepted by the owner. To find out a genuinely hard working and ethically right agent is not an easy thing in this sellers' market. Usually, we, buyers, have to chase the agents around with no reply given. Ironically it has to be mentioned, while I was writing a contract, one agent from other real estate, whom I chased around the night before, gave me a ring asking if I would make an offer for that property. Yes, all the family was interested in buying that property with full price if we could reach him. I declined his invitation of offer. It was too late. Again, unlike some other agent, who would wait for the "best offer" to come, Ms Jessica was approachable, informative, professional, and over all hard working which made a genuine home buyer like us to feel comfortable and confident with the process of purchasing.
