Greg and Jess are very very excellent real estate agents. I just briefly reviewed what happened in the past 5 weeks. Before my property was on the market, they introduced to me the professional gardener and stylists to help improve the outlooking of my property. After my property was on the market, they sent me the feedback report from the potential buyers, very on time. They always negotiated with me after each opening home, let me know what happened during the opening, how they explained to the potential buyers when questioned. So before the auction, based on previous effectively negotiations, I have already had the idea where I am, roughly maker value of my property, what price I should expect. During the auction, no doubt, they tried his utmost to push the price higher, so eventually the final price is much more than what I expected.
