Jessica was an excellent communicator, responding immediately to questions. She kept us informed at all times, using excellent knowledge of the local market, what is happening day-to-day in the area, and possible implications for our sale. She made sound recommendations for where to spend (and not spend) money, to prepare our house for sale. She then lined up tradies to get the work done. I would highly recommend Jessica for anyone selling in the area.
