Having bought and sold a few homes, I interviewed several agents and principals. Jessica guided me at each step, Richard was always on hand to advise and the team that they introduced me to in getting the house prepared for sale was at all steps under their watchful guidance. Jessica impressed prospective buyers, professionally and skilfully reached a settlement pre auction without putting me under any duress. Great experience all around.
