Her selling commission was not the lowest, but I was confident in her game plan and trusted her experience. Finally, I was very happy with the final sale price. I have learnt over the years that the cheapest is not necessarily the best. I would highly recommend her and my only regret is that I don't have any more property to sell in her area.
