Had such a great experience with selling with Jess. We are in NSW so it was good to have an agent who was happy to communicate via text or email when I was unavailable to take calls, Jess was always prompt with her replies & kept us well informed tthroughout the entire process. Harcourts has managed our property as an investment the last 3 years and also great in that aspect, Jess was also great with our tenants keeping them informed and working with their needs. Couldn't recommend any higher and would gladly deal with Harcourts Northern Midlands again. THANK YOU 😊

Over the last few years Jessica and her team at Harcourts Longford have provided fantastic service to me and quite clearly many others. Jessica is highly motivated to provide the very best standards and time and time again outcomes are excellent. Having been involved in real estate myself over the last forty years I would happily recommend Jessica and her team for providing outstanding results for all their clients.

From the first point of contact with Jessica, I was immediately comfortable with her approach to our property. Throughout the sale process Jessica’s attention to detail and excellent communication style has made what is generally a stressful process, seamless. Should the opportunity arise where I am looking to sell or buy another property, Jessica will be my agent of choice.

Throughout the process Jessica was professional, responsive and open. I would highly recommend her as an agent.

Market knowledge excellent and Jessica communicates promptly and professionally

From the outset Jessica gave us confidence that she would get a good result for us. Very professional, very knowledgeable about real estate in our area. She also gave us sound advice on how to maximise the sales potential of our home. I would recommend Jessica with total confidence.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jess whilst looking to buy an investment in the Northern Midlands. She was by far the most professional, timely and responsive agent of any in the Longford & Northern Midlands area. I would certainly recommend you contact Jess if you are selling, buying or have a rental property to manage. Very happy with her sales service on this transaction and will be moving our rental properties across to her company.

Recently we purchased a property through Jessica Froude and from the outset found her demeanour, knowledge and experience to be of the highest level. Jessica demonstrated the perfect balance of being both personable and professional. We are so glad that we had Jessica Froude as our agent for this purchase. We highly recommended Jessica to any prospective buyers.

I wish to thank Jessica and her team for delivering a great result with the sale of our property. Harcourts Northern Midlands provided a very professional service in a caring and supportive manner, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this agency. Once again Thank you all for your tremendous work. Erika
