Jess came around with the paperwork which we read and signed and things progressed quickly from that point. We were away a fair amount of the time but we’re kept up to date with phone calls. It was was a quick sale and we got the price we wanted for the residence which was great. Jess put us in touch with a good settlement agent which made things easy in that aspect as well.
