It was extremely beneficial even just having a conversation with Jessica prior to going to market. She had a very kind and respectful buyer who was seeking a new home and she had no trouble contacting them with an immediate result. From there the entire transaction was almost seamless. I don't think an agent is always the person in an online ad or video, but the go between using knowledge and experience to facilitate the transaction to help and ease everyone's stress level in emotional times. This was something she did extremely well.
Both experiences of selling with Jessica have been great. I find her knowledge to be 1st class and even tho' this sale was during the "slowing down" of the market from the previous period, we still only needed 3 Open Homes to get it sold. She listens to what you have to say and in return lets you know exactly what has happened.
