Our experience with The Agency and Jessica Ke was very disappointing, and I would not recommend them. Communication throughout the sale was poor. Questions and requests were often ignored, leaving us confused about parts of the contract and settlement process. Instead of feeling supported, we constantly felt like we had to chase for updates and answers. The most frustrating issue has been the lack of respect shown after settlement. Our “SOLD” sign remained on the property for weeks after settlement, and despite multiple requests for it to be removed, no clear timeframe was provided or action taken. It felt like our property was simply being used as free advertising for the agency. We also repeatedly requested that our purchase price not be published online from the time our offer was accepted. Those requests were ignored. The price was briefly removed before being posted online again without any communication, despite our wishes. Once again, it appeared the agency prioritised its own marketing over respecting its clients. To make matters worse, I had several interactions with Jessica that I found rude and dismissive. Despite the poor experience, I was repeatedly contacted after the sale asking me to leave a positive review. I had originally decided not to leave a negative review, but after the ongoing issues and repeated disregard for our requests, I felt it was important to share our experience. Overall, we were left feeling ignored and taken advantage of. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Jessica Ke or The Agency.
