A few months ago, my wife and I approached Noel Jones – Wantirna to sell our home and we were very fortunate to have Jessica Lander as part of the team leading the campaign. From the first meeting with Jess and the team, we had 100% confident we’d made the right choice however the end result far exceeded our expectations. Selling a house is one of the most stressful things a person will do however Jess’ friendly approach, professionalism and open communications made the process all the more stress free. Selling a house with a two-and-a-half-year child brings about its own set of challenges however Jess was very considerate of this and true to her word, worked with potential buyer to ensure private inspections were organised in a timely fashion however allowing us time to prepare the property. Come auction day, Jess and the team arrived early to put the finishing touches on the property for the final open and subsequent auction. In our pre-auction meeting we set a reserve and discussed how the day would run, needless to the everything went like clockwork and thanks to the hard work by Jess and the team, the bidding started strong and quickly shoot past our reserve with a knockout bid leaving everyone speechless.
