Great experience

Jessica encourages those people she works/deals with to be honest, realistic and treats them with courtesy, politeness, and kindness. She shows and gains respect from caring about others. She pays attention to her surroundings and the people she works with/for, and genuinely cares about others and shows concern during times of need with empathy. This is a great trait of her own working style. It also shows that Jessica does not only focus on herself, and that she has the emotional capability to pay attention and give help when needed. Jessica seems to be an active listener. She is able to display a genuine interest in understanding what the other person is thinking, feeling, wanting or what the message means. She displays a strong confidence level and normally has clear goals on which compromise or agreement she wants to reach while avoiding unnecessary arguments and disputes, or causing future barriers to communications. Jessica is always on point when dealing with her customers. Her attention to detail is always at the fore to enable a great experience for her clients. To do this to the best of her ability, Jessica has been very proactive and supportive in assisting our previous property selling process. We have enjoyed dealing with Jessica just simply because she is knowledgeable, reliable, confident and competent at her role.
