I have bought and sold many properties during the last few years, and I have found that Jess is the best agent. The reason for that is, every week after the home opens, she would send an email with feedback on how it went, how many came, their view, how the market reacted, expectations, etc. Jess did this every single time when she had a home opening. Most other times, with other agents, it's a waiting game and chasing info, but with Jess it's totally opposite. Especially being an interstate seller, this was so valuable. Jess has responded to each email, text message and returned calls without fail. It's hard to find that commitment these days and highly recommend for selling.
