Jessica is friendly, professional, attentive and genuine. She led us through the process step by step which resulted in a successful sale at a good price. Throughout the opens and negotiation process, she kept us informed of everything that was happening. She's easy to work with when exchanging ideas and expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Jessica.
We engaged Vine Property to sell our home after meeting Jessica when we were looking at property they had for sale and after consulting with a couple of other agents. Jessica is very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She provided us with many hints in maximising the appeal of our property. Both Jessica and Keelan provided regular communications throughout the campaign eg same day of every open inspection. Her judgement and advice was invaluable and even though a body corporate issue made the sale more difficult, she achieved a good outcome for us. We highly recommend Vine Property and would without any hesitation, use their services again.
I had the pleasure of purchasing my dream home with the help of Jessica from Vine Property. Jessica had suggested to the owners about how to present the house in the most appealing manner at the open home, which worked for me, as I put in an offer after the first inspection. From day 1, I found Jessica to be a throughly delightful person to deal with and throughout the buying process, she was easy to communicate with and very responsive in all her dealings with me. She was very accomodating within the scope of her role, remaining professional at all times. Even though any buying experience can be stressful for a variety of reasons, Jessica helped keep an even keel and her positivity was very much appreciated. A terrific outcome was achieved for everyone. Many thanks Jessica.
Jessica was extremely professional, friendly and helpful during the purchase of our first property. Very reliable and an excellent communicator.
Jessica and her offsider Keelan were thorough and professional without the egotism and hubris that is often found with agents. We felt assured that Jessica was working in our best interests and were pleased with the sale process. Jessica's positivity was infectious and helped relax us in what can be a stressful process.
Right from the very first meeting with Jessica she was warm and welcoming; so very easy to get along with and incredibly knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process Jessica was very communicative and onto every detail. I barely needed to think about a thing as she had everything under control. She made me feel like my property was her only property that she was dealing with (though I know that it most definitely wasn't!), but she made time for me and had not problem answering all of my many questions. Given the chance, I will definitely be using Jessica and her team again!
From day one, Jessica provided feedback after every inspection and gave thorough and comprehensive weekly reports. As an interstate investor, Jessica and her team made the whole process smooth, stress free and enjoyable.
We engaged Vine Property to sell our home after a previous failed attempt by one of the other major real estate companies. Vine sold our home achieving above the asking price without issue. The overall selling process was made easy and the expertise of the Vine team was comprehensive and solid. We found Jessica to be thoroughly professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jessica provided regular communications throughout the campaign that was clear and concise and her judgement and advice was invaluable. Jessica’s knowledge, expertise and sound judgement was evident from the beginning and was proven when she sold our house quickly! Most of all we found Vine to be honest and genuine hard working team. We highly recommend Vine Property and would without any hesitation, use their services again.
SOLD House is handed over today to a lovely young family. Jessica Vine from @vinepropertyagents was the best agent I have experienced. 60 people through the first open home and 2 contracts offered that day. her service started with a site visit to advise how to prep the house for the best price And her advice added 100,000 to the sale price. The final touch was a package of exclusive settling in products and bubbles. Jess ran an open home at twilight on our deck with wine and cheese!. Her marketing is exquisite and targeted as you can see by the numbers at open homes.
Not only was Jessica professional and friendly, she listened and had a great understanding of my needs and wants in placing me in the home and area I want to live in forever. Well done Jess.
I bought my property from Jessica and was so impressed with her that when it came time sell it I knew exactly who to see. Her advice and professionalism was impeccable. Thanks Jessica! 🙂
Jessica was extremely helpful and professional, kept in contact throughout the whole process and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Thank you!
