Jessica has a friendly and positive approach and was very professional in her dealings with us for the purchase of our new home. Jessic was hard-working, went above and beyond, and above all, got the job done for us. We would strongly recommend Jessica and Vine Real Estate.
Dedication and experience to achieve a sale in a difficult market. Professional at all times and worked at length with the buyer to achieve the sale. Well Done Jess
I can highly recommend Jessica and the team at Vine. Professional, insightful and honest, a real estate agent that you can trust.
Jess and the team at Vine Preperty were a dream to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done promplty and always on time. This was my first time selling and I would go through Jess again in a heartbeat, she is extremly knowledgable and helped me understand the process and put me in touch with all the right people to make the selling process an easy one. I'd highly recommend Jess and team to anyone looking to sell or buy. 5/5!
I've had a wonderful experience buying my first unit with Jessica. At every step in the process she was transparent, patient and very friendly. I appreciated that she always had time to resolve issues and talk me through things. She was also seemed very genuinely happy for me in my purchase and I consider her to be a good and kind person.
A pleasant experience from beginning to end. The suggestions on presentation and open house events were excellent. Communication by phone, email and in person was spot on.
Jessica was a great agent and really cared. She made selling my first house easier. I'm planning on using her again.
I gave Jessica the onerous task of selling my property within 30 days. I genuinely believed it wasn’t possible. I was wrong. Jessica handled the sale (& me) with care & professionalism. She went above & beyond in her own time to get the deal over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for sales in the city & outer city region.
Very friendly and professional, get things smooth and efficiently.
Jessica’s company has been managing our rental properties and based on the service and personalised attention we decided to go with Jess for the sale of the home we were living in. Right from the start, Jess was upfront about what we could expect and there was no bulls$&* to secure our business. She gave excellent pre-sale advice to help us maximise our sale price, negotiated well on our behalf and secured an excellent result for us in a very quick time. We highly recommend Jess and the whole team at Vine. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Brilliant knowledge for the market- had solutions to every problem as they arose
Jessica is professional, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend her
