A lovely human touch to a daunting process.

When I was renting a few years ago I met Jess through Vine Property, for renters she provided wonderful friendly service so when it came time for me to sell I knew exactly who I wanted to represent us. We relocated for work and listed just as the budget announcement came. What could have been an extremely stressful and daunting situation because of the changes in the market seemed much more manageable because of Jess. She was friendly and reassuring without giving us unrealistic expectations about what to expect which we appreciated so we could appropriately plan. She was also readily available for any questions we had throughout the whole process. If you are looking for an agent who is genuinely kind, communicative, and helpful and will give the same energy to your potential buyers then I couldn’t recommend her enough.
