This is a synopsis of the process through which I purchased my Berowra Heights home. My brief anecdote is intended to serve as testimony for the services of Jess West as real estate agent extraordinaire. I met Jess and her McGrath colleagues mid-2016 when I began considering the prospect of moving to the Berowra area, and subsquently saw Jess each weekend for approximately 6 months. Jess was unwaveringly objective and transparent in her advice and updates, and always accommodated my (at times) misguided questions and unfiltered feedback in the spirited intended. Ultimately Jess had earnt my confidence and trust, while also gleaning a solid understanding of my wants and needs, thus rendering me predisposed to pursuing her recommendations. I took a day off work to view a house for sale, ended up making an offer and successfully purchased the house shortly thereafter. Jess managed some awkward conversations with elegance and finesse, exhibiting a range of personal characteristics congruent with tenacity, vibrancy, courage and integrity. She was available at all hours and honoured each of her committments, not only in the process of completing the sale but for weeks afterwards. It's with equal parts conviction and enthusiasm that I vouch for Jess as a local expert, good person and reliable real estate professional. Of course I feel as though I paid too much for the house I purchased, consistent with my role as the buyer in a booming market with finite supply.
