Jess was always available to answer my calls and messages to ease my mind and answer my many questions. The presentation Jess put toward the potential buyer, i believe, was the reason we got a price we were very comfortable accepting. Throughout the process Jess was efficient, from organising inspections, trades and paperwork. Jess wanted the best for us and that was reflected by aiming high from the start.
