Jett has really great market knowledge, she is really proactive in reaching out to interested buyers, she was great at keeping me informed. After the initial sale contract fell through due to unexpected building defects, Jett helped me through the process of dealing with the builder as the house was still under warranty. She had lined up a new buyer within a week and negotiated a longer settlement term to ensure the building defects were rectified.
