I didn't plan to provide review for JC Quan, because I think everyone living in Melbourne's south east suburbs well knows that JC and Ray White Burwood team always provide exceptional services to their customers, and JC always helps the owners to demonstrate and maximize the value of their properties during the auction. However, It was a super challenging period when I started my selling process of my house. I and my family experienced the 5th and 6th lockdowns during the whole 4 weeks' inspection period, and the extended 6th lockdown just announced 3 days before the auction day. It sounds like a very bad timing to sell a property, but actually it was very well managed by JC. JC and his team worked non-stop to find the target buyers based on their outstanding connections with all potential buyers in Melbourne.
