jill was great given the problems that we experienced with title deeds and us going away at the time of sale. She did well recommending people to come in and help getting the house ready although several things went missing, however, as we live out of town it was hard to do these things ourselves and good to have people just come in and do it. I was also good to get a quick sale as we did not want to leave the house empty for long.
