I already miss seeing my gorgeous agent Jill GOODE as much as I did during the purchasing of my new home, There was nothing she wouldn’t do or was any trouble to her. There were quite a few issues that needed to be done at my new place and Jill got every little details done. She even called the fan company to make a booking for them to install ceiling fans for me. We’ve become good pals which is a huge bonus for me, that’s for sure. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

As we were absentee landlords living in Brisbane we relied on her extensively to deal with any problems which occurred. She went over and beyond her call of duty in styling the house, moving furniture around and she opened the house frequently for inspection. When an adverse building inspection report occurred she sourced tradesmen and let them into the property and followed up all work. She successfully sold it to a local resident. We would be only too happy to use her as our agent again should we have any more real estate dealings on the Sunshine Coast.
