Achieved the outcome we were looking for in terms of price and timing.
Jill's estimate of the market was accurate and she was able to get the outcome we were after. We couldn't get up to Noosa due to the lockdown in Melbourne so we had to rely on Jill's expertise, communication skills, and support.
