After almost 3 years and an equal number of agents promising the earth and delivering nothing more than large advertising bills, we were recommended to contact Jill Henry and her team at Stone Real Estate Lindfield to list our house for sale. Well, what a totally different and honest approach. Before signing the agency agreement Jill and her team said they would be telling us some things that we may not want to hear but they believed there were some changes we should make in order to sell our house. The house quickly sold and three years of Weds/Sat open houses and last minute private inspections are now just a bad memory. The price Jill and her team achieved was just what we had hoped for but, after our horror run with other agents, did not think we would ever achieve.
