Thanks to Jill we achieved an excellent outcome, above our expectations. Jill's communication and updates were constant and detailed and she kept us fully informed at all times both written and verbal. She is easy to approach, listens well and understands the dynamics of the real estate environment and the auction processes. I would not hesitate to recommend Jill for future listings.
We were very satisfied in choosing Jill Henry to sell our house. She was very professional, had excellent advice and her service was noticeably better than previous agents we had used. I would gladly recommend her to other sellers and would definitely ask her to sell my property in future
Jill provided us with a very high level of service throughout our campaign. We would recommend Jill if you are selling or buying a property.
I recently purchased a property from Jill on behalf of my clients. As a buyers agent, I found my dealings with Jill both highly professional and very courteous. Jill is an experienced agent with an incredible knowledge of the area. She demonstrated this in all of our dealings and was able to effortlessly relay this information to my clients. From recent sales (prices and addresses) to transport, schools, shops and local attractions, Jill was well versed across all facets which highlighted the attractiveness of the street and suburb. In terms of the property itself, Jill also demonstrated a sound knowledge of the home including it's construction, property features and details of the recent renovation works. From a negotiation perspective, Jill was always professional in her approach and served the interests of her vendor well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jill to anyone looking to sell in the area.
From start to finish I felt assured that my sale was being managed by someone with the utmost integrity and outstanding knowledge, communication and negotiation skills. Jill guided me through the whole thing, and managed the process so that I never had to worry. She kept me up to date at all times about open house results and buyer feedback. She was available and got back to me promptly when I needed to ask something. She gave me sound advice at all times. Jill is strong and supportive of her vendor which helped me to achieve a much better result than I would have otherwise. She engages in the most professional manner with buyers and buyer's agents. As a result there was a very large number of registered bidders at auction and the price achieved was brilliant and has changed my life. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of selling to contact Jill. I consider myself most fortunate to have had her as my agent. She is the best!
Great agent, down to earth , simply one of the best I dealt with. I would highly recommend Jill.
We recently purchased a property Jill was managing, and her local knowledge and expertise was second to none. Jill took our phone call late on a Saturday afternoon, and had arranged an inspection for us the very next day. We've dealt with quite a few agents over the years and Jill is one of the best. If we were ever looking to sell our home, we wouldn't hesitate in choosing Jill as our agent.
It was a nice memory that I bought the house from Jill. She is so frank and save a lot of time and effort for me. I would strongly recommend her as she is quite knowledgeable and easy going person :)

Jill Henry was a delight to deal with she organised cleaners house washers gardeners and meet with them to save me the hassle. She was spot on with all her advise and would recommend her to all my friends. We had a four week campaign then the auction where we had a huge crowd and 6 bidders who were all serious.
