Although the purchase of the home went smoothly, it is severely disappointing to find out after buying the property that several intrinsic faults that existed were not disclosed to us when purchasing. We were told there were no issues with the house on purchase however only days after moving in, found several areas of roof leaks and electrical faults which were long-standing issues and we were not informed about prior. Pretty insulting to be told these are new faults even though professional servicemen highlighted these were not. No legal obligation by seller or agent to fix any of these issues which is pretty disappointing regardless.
