We want to thank Jill and Sahil for the splendid work they did as our agents for the sale of our home. We felt all along that we were in good hands - reliable, trustworthy and professional at all times. They always made themselves available when we sought their guidance. Jill and Sahil both did a great job helping us to achieve an outcome that we were happy with in the context of a challenging market. We really appreciated their clear understanding of the challenges we faced downsizing - a huge undertaking after 24 years in our home to which we had become quite attached, but which was in need of a major decluttering before we could move on. Sahil was an enormous help in this regard, and we must also thank Lucia for her remarkably effective work on Marketplace. Perhaps most of all, they were always very polite and pleasant to deal with, and they never exerted any pressure on us to make any decisions, and they respected our approach to the sale.
