After almost a year of searching we finally found the perfect home for our multi-generational family! YAY!!! BUT here's the kicker - the world had just gone into lockdown with the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions on everyday life were heavy. Open homes were cancelled, private viewings were limited to 2 people plus the agent (there were 5 of us that needed to view the property!) AND it was the Easter break. We didn't want to miss out on this one. Jillian was awesome! She arranged for us to view the property on the Saturday of Easter. We took it in turns to go inside and view the house. We weren't allowed to touch anything or open any doors, cupboards or drawers - Jillian had to do all of this for us. It was a very bizarre experience but Jillian made it feel almost normal. We then made our offer on Easter Sunday and we didn't expect to here anything until at least Tuesday. But to our surprise, Jillian came back to us on the holiday Monday and let us know that we had just bought our home! This level of service continued throughout our 60 day settlement (which in a pandemic feels like FOREVER!!!). Jillian's service is flawless and we would happily recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately we won't be needing her services for a very long time as this is our forever home.
