The moment we met Jillian at an open home, we were extremely impressed with her integrity. The information provided on the property - searches, dial before you dig, photos etc - nothing hidden! We went on to put an offer on the property and she kept us informed as to what to expect at all stages of negotiation as there were other offers. In the most terrible weather she bought out the contract for us to sign which we appreciated. We found Jillian to be extremely experienced and trustworthy. - very genuine. Her advice and support when dealing with lawyers was so helpful and got us back on track and able to settle in time. Jillian was available for questions at any time, has many contacts and has provided excellent after settlement service as well. We also were impressed by her interaction with the seller and the over and above service she provided. We 100% recommend Adore and Jillian for both buying and selling.
