comparing jim to the other real esate agents i have had to deal with, he wasn't as persistent and as passionate about selling me the house, after walking through the house for the second time jim did not even give a follow up call to see if i was interested. although he was switched on, friendly and easy to deal with, I wouldn't trust him to sell my house.
