Experienced Realestate Agent. No Bull. Straight forward

Jim has sold two properties for us in the past 6 months. He has always been proactive. A good communicator, who you can have an honest discussion with and get a straight forward up front response. He is on time. Completes the tasks he says he is going to do. Was proactive with getting potential buyers through at short notice on weekends and after hours. Phoned back and chased people who had showed interest so that we didn't miss out on any buyers. Worked around us (as a young family) to try and make it as easy as possible for us with open homes and meetings. Pricing for the whole process was fair and competitive. We had no issues with administration, with marketing/photo's all being very easy and straight forward. Overall a great experience with both sales.
