jim was prompt with his service, when i asked for extra he did that for me. he was trustworthy, to the point and easy to talk to. id like to buy from jim again in the future.

we did not get a chance to negotiate as with previous properties bought from different agents, with Jim it was name your price and i will put it forward with another buyers, then advised we had not been chosen, found the process to be quite different.
