We had been looking for a new home for a few weeks, we were pleasantly surprised how easy Jim was to talk to, a lot of agents were very evasive when we started to ask about price, but Jim was very open and made you feel like it was an easy process to make an offer - not a long drawn out cloak and dagger experience that we had with some other agents - needless to say we bought from Jim and the other agents missed out because they were not open enough.
