This was my first time to sell at Auction. I was very nervous. I originally picked Jim to sell my property based on seeing his face on other listings that he had sold in the area. Many times Jim was an assuring voice, when I was worried about things that I didn't understand and he also was a great help in the advice of a new property I was looking to buy and helped with that successful negotiation. He also helped me source a local conveyancer. I wasn't able to attend the Auction due to illness, so Jim arranged for me to listen by phone and everything went extremely well. I couldn't have achieved this next step in my life without Jim's help. I finally got to meet Jim on the week of settlement, 6 months after I had first called and talked about the possibility of selling and a future possible date. Through the whole process Jim was so helpful and professional. If I had another property to sell I would ask Jim straight away.
