Very long process of selling when you are apparently Isolated 30 klms from town . Jim displays a great deal of patience and appears to let the Buyer , buy the property rather than pushing the property on to the buyer . Jim knows the market and appears to stay up with the trends both here in the Country and in the cities ie ACT/ NSW . No request or advice was delayed infact Jim had the answers every time . Very quiet and precise in his dealings and closes the deal even when still trying to sell for more to another enquiry .
