We had been trying to buy an investment townhouse in Morwell from the ACT for about 6 months but by the time we got down to the area many suitable properties were sold. Jim told us about what was available in the local market and after we had made our decision he took our property off the market and facilitated successful negotiations between ourselves and the seller. He also brought the property management section of Stockdale & Leggo on board so that they can manage our Victorian property for us. My wife is visiting the property next week to finalise the process but everything has happened so smoothly without any issues so it has been an enjoyable experience for all parties concerned.
